    AJIO order processing runs through AJIO Seller Central, where you accept an order, print the label, invoice and manifest, pack, and hand over within the dispatch window. Depending on how your account is set up, you may get a combined label and invoice document or a box slip. CropMyLabels turns an A4 AJIO file into clean 4x6 labels, prints your SKU and size under each one, and keeps the invoice as a separate page when you need it inside the box.

    How to download labels in Ajio Seller Portal

    1. Log in to AJIO Seller Central (partners.ajio.com) and open Orders.
    2. Accept new orders quickly. AJIO expects orders to be confirmed within a few hours.
    3. Generate and download the label and invoice for accepted orders, then create the manifest.
    4. Drop the PDF into the cropper above, turn on Keep invoice if the invoice goes inside the parcel, and click Crop labels.
    5. Print, pack, and hand over with the manifest before the dispatch deadline.

    Seller panel menus change from time to time. If a button has moved, look for the label or manifest download in your orders section.

    Common Ajio label problems and fixes

    No Tax Invoice heading to split on

    Some AJIO documents have no clear heading between label and invoice. Set Crop area to Top half of page in More options.

    Manifest rejected

    With e-invoicing, create the manifest soon after printing the invoice. AJIO can reject manifests created too late.

    Wrong size packed

    Turn on the Size switch so the size prints in large bold text under each label.

    Packing and dispatch tips for Ajio

    • Stick the label on top of the parcel and put the invoice inside.
    • Keep two copies of the manifest and note the delivery agent's details at handover.
    • Sort by SKU so sizes of the same style are packed together.

    Can I crop AJIO labels to 4x6?

    Yes. Drop the AJIO PDF in the cropper. The label area is cut out and fitted to 4 x 6 inch.

    Does AJIO need the invoice inside the parcel?

    Yes, the invoice normally goes inside the box and the label on top. Turn on Keep invoice to print both on 4x6 stickers.

    Do I need a separate shipping label for AJIO?

    In some AJIO flows the box slip acts as the label. If your file has a slip and an invoice, the cropper still separates them.

    Is the Ajio label cropper free?

    Yes. Every feature is free, including SKU on label, sorting, picklist, SKU mapping and batch files. No login is needed.
