    How to download labels in GlowRoad Seller Panel

    1. Log in to the GlowRoad supplier panel and open your orders that are ready to dispatch.
    2. Download the shipping labels and invoices for those orders.
    3. Drop the PDF into the cropper above and click Crop labels.
    4. Print the 4x6 labels, pack the orders, then close the manifest in the panel before handover.

    Seller panel menus change from time to time. If a button has moved, look for the label or manifest download in your orders section.

    Common GlowRoad label problems and fixes

    Label area not detected

    If your GlowRoad file has no printed Tax Invoice heading between label and invoice, open More options and set Crop area to Top half of page.

    Pickup refused because the manifest is open

    Close the manifest in the supplier panel before the courier arrives. Labels alone are not enough for handover.

    Mixed couriers in one batch

    Use Sort labels by → Courier so each courier's parcels print and stack together.

    Packing and dispatch tips for GlowRoad

    • Check the order status in the panel before printing, so you do not print labels for cancelled orders.
    • Print a picklist PDF first and pick the stock before you pack.
    • If GlowRoad changes its layout, send us a sample with personal details hidden and we will update the cropper.
    If a GlowRoad label is not cropped correctly, open More options and set Crop area to Top half of page, or add a little extra margin. You can also send us the layout with personal details hidden.
