Is CropMyLabels really free?
Yes. Every feature is free for everyone: cropping, SKU on label, sorting, picklist, SKU mapping, batch files and A4 printing. There is no paid plan, no login and no page limit.
Are my label files uploaded to your server?
No. The PDF is opened and cropped inside your own browser using JavaScript. Customer names, addresses and phone numbers never leave your computer or phone. You can even disconnect the internet after the page loads and it still works.
Which label sizes are supported?
The default output is 4 x 6 inch (100 x 150 mm), the standard size for thermal label printers. You can also choose an A4 sheet with 4 labels per page for normal inkjet or laser printers.
Which platforms work?
Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, GlowRoad, Ajio, Myntra, Snapdeal and JioMart. The platform is detected from the file automatically. Other marketplaces usually work with the Automatic or Top half crop area.
Can I print the SKU on every label?
Yes. The tool reads the SKU, size and quantity from the label and prints them in bold under the label. If you add SKU mappings, your own warehouse code and bin location are printed instead.
Can I crop many PDFs at once?
Yes. Select or drop several files. All labels are cropped and merged into one PDF that you can sort by SKU or courier before printing.
Why is the SKU missing on some labels?
Some label files are scanned images without readable text. Cropping still works, but the SKU can only be read when the PDF contains text. Download the label again from your seller panel instead of scanning it.
