Flipkart Seller Hub generates labels as A4 pages with the shipping label in the upper part and the tax invoice underneath. Ekart and its partners need the routing codes and barcode to scan cleanly at every hub, and a shrunken A4 print often fails that test. How to download labels in Flipkart Seller Hub
- In Flipkart Seller Hub, open Orders → Active Orders and go to the Pending Labels tab.
- Select the orders and click Generate Label. Fill in package dimensions (and IMEI for phones) if asked.
- Download the label file. In busy periods labels can take a few minutes to appear.
- Drop the PDF into the cropper above and click Crop labels.
- Print with scale set to Fit, then mark the orders Ready to Dispatch in the Pending RTD tab and download the manifest from Pending Handover.
Seller panel menus change from time to time. If a button has moved, look for the label or manifest download in your orders section.
What is printed on a Flipkart label
- Routing / hub code
- Large code that tells Ekart which hub and route the parcel goes to.
- Destination PIN code
- Used for sorting at the hub.
- AWB barcode
- Tracking number the courier scans.
- Customer and return address
- Buyer address plus your pickup address.
- SKU summary
- SKU and quantity lines. CropMyLabels uses these for the SKU line and picklist.
- Invoice (below label)
- GSTIN, HSN and tax values. Cropped into a separate page only if you ask for it.

The cropper reads the courier name from each label, so you can sort a batch courier by courier before pickup.
Common Flipkart label problems and fixes
Ekart agent says the label will not scan
Usually the A4 page was printed on a 4x6 sticker, which shrinks the barcode by about half. Crop the label first. Also avoid clear tape over thermal labels, because it can fade the print.
Label rejected at pickup
Labels printed for old or expired orders, or labels stuck over a box seam, can be rejected. Print on the day of dispatch and place the label flat on one face of the box.
Some pages have the invoice on a separate page
Some Flipkart files put the invoice on its own page. The cropper handles both; set Crop area to Whole page if a file has label-only pages.
Label not generated yet
Right after you click Generate Label, the file can take several minutes. Refresh the Pending Labels tab before downloading again, so you do not get duplicate labels.
Packing and dispatch tips for Flipkart
- Mark orders Ready to Dispatch before the Dispatch By date shown in Seller Hub.
- Download a separate manifest for each logistics partner and have the pickup executive sign it.
- Sort labels by courier if more than one partner picks up from you.
- Keep the invoice (turn on Keep invoice) if you place it inside the package.

Will the Flipkart barcode stay scannable after cropping?
Yes. The label is copied as vector graphics, not as an image, so it prints sharp at 203 or 300 dpi.
Can I print Flipkart label and invoice on separate 4x6 stickers?
Yes. Turn on Keep invoice. Each label is followed by its invoice on the next 4x6 page.
Does this work for Shopsy orders?
Shopsy orders are processed in Flipkart Seller Hub, so their labels have the same layout and crop the same way.
