    How to download labels in Snapdeal Seller Zone

    1. In Snapdeal Seller Zone, open orders in Pending for fulfilment.
    2. Print or download the label and invoice for those orders.
    3. Drop the PDF into the cropper above and click Crop labels.
    4. Print, pack, and generate the manifest for handover.
    5. Need a label again? Use Orders → Handover, open the package and choose Reprint Invoices.

    Seller panel menus change from time to time. If a button has moved, look for the label or manifest download in your orders section.

    Cannot print the label

    Labels are available only in Pending for fulfilment. If the order moved on, reprint from the Handover tab.

    Label and invoice on one page

    The cropper splits them automatically. Turn on Keep invoice if you need both.

    Many small files

    Drop all the Snapdeal PDFs together. They are merged into one print file.

    Packing and dispatch tips for Snapdeal

    • Ship before the promised ship date to avoid penalties.
    • Use the orders CSV export to cross-check the manifest before handover.
    • Sort by SKU for faster packing of repeat products.
    If a Snapdeal label is not cropped correctly, open More options and set Crop area to Top half of page, or add a little extra margin. You can also send us the layout with personal details hidden.
