Meesho gives suppliers one PDF with a shipping label and a tax invoice on every page. On a 4x6 thermal printer that whole page shrinks, so the barcode gets too small to scan and half of every sticker is wasted on the invoice. CropMyLabels cuts out just the courier label, fits it to 100 x 150 mm, and prints the SKU, size and quantity in bold under it. Packing a big Meesho batch then takes minutes, not an hour.
How to download labels in Meesho Supplier Panel
- Open the Meesho Supplier Panel and go to Orders → Pending.
- Accept the orders you can ship. They move to Ready to Ship.
- In Ready to Ship, select the orders (or select all) and click Download Label. You get one PDF for the whole batch.
- Drop that PDF into the cropper above. Keep the platform set to Meesho, or leave it on automatic.
- Click Crop labels and print on 100 x 150 mm labels with scale set to Fit.
Seller panel menus change from time to time. If a button has moved, look for the label or manifest download in your orders section.
What is printed on a Meesho label
- AWB barcode
- The courier scans this at pickup and at every hub.
- Courier name
- Valmo, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Xpressbees or Ecom Express, depending on the order.
- Customer address
- Name, address and PIN code of the buyer.
- Prepaid / COD mark
- Tells the delivery agent whether to collect cash.
- Product Details table
- SKU, size, quantity, colour and order number. CropMyLabels reads this table for the SKU line.
- Return address
- Your pickup address, used if the parcel comes back.
Couriers you will see on Meesho labels
The cropper reads the courier name from each label, so you can sort a batch courier by courier before pickup.
Common Meesho label problems and fixes
The Download Label button is missing or does nothing
Labels exist only after an order is accepted and reaches Ready to Ship. Also check that your browser is not blocking pop-ups or downloads, and log out and back in if the panel has been open for hours. On big sale days label generation can be slow, so try again after a few minutes.
Barcode is too small or will not scan
This happens when the full A4 page is printed on a 4x6 sticker. Crop the file here first, then print the cropped file with scale set to Fit.
Label layout looks different from yesterday
Meesho's label layout varies by courier. The cropper detects the label area on every page separately, so mixed Valmo and Delhivery labels in one file are fine.
SKU not shown under the label
The SKU is read from the Product Details table. If your PDF was scanned or photographed, it has no text to read. Download it again from the panel.
Packing and dispatch tips for Meesho
- Meesho asks for plain packaging: no brand logos, no MRP and no transparent pouches. Stick the label flat on the largest side.
- Keep the invoice only if you need it for your records. Turn on Keep invoice to get it as a separate 4x6 page after each label.
- Sort by SKU before printing so all units of the same product come out together.
- Pickup is usually the next working day, so print and pack the same evening you accept orders.
Meesho label crop FAQ
Can I crop Meesho labels with different couriers in one file?
Yes. Each page is analysed on its own, so Valmo, Delhivery, Shadowfax and Xpressbees labels in the same PDF are all cropped correctly.
Does Meesho allow cropped labels?
The courier needs a clear, complete label with a scannable barcode. Cropping removes only the invoice and white space; the label itself is copied exactly as Meesho created it.
How do I print Meesho labels without a thermal printer?
Choose Print on → A4 sheet, 4 labels per page. Print on A4 sticker paper or plain paper and cut along the dotted lines.
Is the Meesho label cropper free?
Yes. Every feature is free, including SKU on label, sorting, picklist, SKU mapping and batch files. No login is needed.
Is my Meesho order data safe?
Your file is processed inside your browser and never uploaded. Customer details stay on your device.
