Amazon Easy Ship labels usually come as an A4 PDF with the shipping label, the tax invoice and wide margins, although some shipments offer a ready 4x6 label. Printed straight on a thermal printer, the A4 version comes out tiny. CropMyLabels trims it to just the label, or tidies a file that is already 4x6, and adds your SKU line. How to download labels in Amazon Seller Central
- In Amazon Seller Central, go to Orders → Manage Orders and open the Easy Ship tab.
- Click Schedule Pick-up for the orders you are shipping, then print or download the label.
- For many orders, use bulk scheduling. It gives one file with labels and invoices.
- Drop the PDF into the cropper above. Turn on Keep invoice if you want the invoice as a 4x6 page to put in the box.
- Click Crop labels and print with scale set to Fit.
Seller panel menus change from time to time. If a button has moved, look for the label or manifest download in your orders section.
What is printed on a Amazon label

Label and invoice print together and look tiny
This is the most common Easy Ship complaint. Crop the label out here. Your invoice can be printed separately or as its own 4x6 page.
Label is cut off at the edges
The paper size is A4 or Letter, or scale is a custom value. Choose 100 x 150 mm paper and scale Fit in the print dialog.
File is already 4x6
When Amazon gives a 4x6 label, the cropper only trims white space and adds the SKU line. Nothing else changes.
Invoices missing for orders scheduled in the Seller App
Invoices for orders scheduled in the Amazon Seller app may not download there. Download them from Seller Central on a computer instead.
Packing and dispatch tips for Amazon
- Pack the parcel before the pickup agent arrives. If it is not ready, pickup is rescheduled.
- Always put the tax invoice inside Easy Ship packages.
- For Self Ship orders using your own courier, keep valid tracking on every order.
- Use SKU mapping to print your own short product codes instead of long Amazon SKUs.

Yes, if the courier label PDF has the label and invoice on the same page, or is a single label per page.
Why does my Amazon label print blank on the thermal printer?
Check the printer driver's paper size (100 x 150 mm) and that the media type is set for direct thermal labels. The PDF itself prints fine when scale is set to Fit.
