Once an order is invoiced it cannot be cancelled by the seller, so labels should be printed only for orders you are ready to ship.     How to download labels in JioMart Seller Panel

    1. Open the JioMart seller panel and go to orders ready to ship.
    2. Generate the invoice and shipping label, then download the PDF.
    3. Drop the file into the cropper above and click Crop labels.
    4. Print the 4x6 labels and pack. Keep the A4 invoice if it goes inside the parcel.

    Seller panel menus change from time to time. If a button has moved, look for the label or manifest download in your orders section.

    Order invoiced by mistake

    Invoiced JioMart orders cannot be cancelled by you, so generate labels only for orders you will ship.

    Label area not cropped correctly

    Try Crop area → Top half of page, or add a little extra margin. Send us a sample if it still looks wrong.

    Invoice needed in A4

    Print the original A4 file for invoices and use the cropped file only for the labels.

    Packing and dispatch tips for JioMart

    • Pick with the picklist PDF first, then pack in the same order as the labels.
    • Use SKU mapping to print bin locations for faster picking.
    • Sort by quantity to pack multi-unit orders first.
    If a JioMart label is not cropped correctly, open More options and set Crop area to Top half of page, or add a little extra margin. You can also send us the layout with personal details hidden.
