How to Print Meesho Labels on a 4x6 Thermal Printer (Step by Step)

Print Meesho shipping labels on a 4x6 thermal printer without tiny barcodes or wasted stickers. Download, crop, printer settings and common fixes.

Meesho gives suppliers label files as standard A4 pages: the courier shipping label occupies the top half, while the customer tax invoice is placed directly underneath. Because thermal printers use 4 x 6 inch (100 x 150 mm) stickers, printing that raw A4 page directly forces the printer driver to scale down the entire page. As a result, barcodes become tiny and faint, couriers fail to scan them during pickup, and half of every sticker is wasted on the tax invoice.

The solution is to crop out just the courier label before printing. Here is the step-by-step workflow used by professional Indian e-commerce sellers.

What you need

  • A direct thermal label printer supporting 4-inch wide media (TSC, TVS, Zebra, Honeywell, Xprinter, etc.).
  • 4 x 6 inch (100 x 150 mm) direct thermal roll or fanfold labels.
  • The original Meesho label PDF downloaded from your Supplier Panel.

Step 1: Download labels from the Meesho Supplier Panel

  1. Log into your Meesho Supplier Panel and navigate to Orders → Pending.
  2. Accept the orders you are ready to pack. They move immediately to the Ready to Ship tab.
  3. In Ready to Ship, select the orders (or choose 'Select All') and click Download Label. Save the batch PDF to your computer.
Pro Tip: If the Download Label button is grayed out or fails to respond, your orders may still be awaiting courier AWB assignment. Wait 2–3 minutes and refresh.

Step 2: Crop the labels to 4x6

  1. Open the Meesho Label Cropper on CropMyLabels.
  2. Drop your downloaded PDF into the box. All files process entirely in your browser — customer addresses never leave your computer.
  3. Turn on SKU, Size, and Qty toggles to print them in bold beneath each label.
  4. Optional: under More options, select Sort labels by: SKU so identical items are grouped together for fast batch packaging.
  5. Click Crop labels, verify the preview, and click Download labels.

Step 3: Thermal printer driver settings

Setting up your printer driver correctly prevents 95% of common label printing errors:

  • Stock / Paper Size: Select or define 100 x 150 mm (or 4.00 x 6.00 in). Do not leave this set to Letter or A4.
  • Scale: Set to Fit (Fit to Printable Area). This scales the cropped label vectors to utilize the entire sticker.
  • Orientation: Portrait.
  • Darkness / Density: Set between 10 and 12 in your driver settings for deep black, scannable barcodes.

Step 4: Label application and packaging

Affix the thermal sticker flat onto the largest surface of the parcel. Keep the barcode away from seams, edges, or packaging tape. Meesho logistics guidelines require plain, unbranded packaging with no transparent pouches or external MRP tags.

Troubleshooting common Meesho label issues

The barcode is too small or fails courier pickup scan

This happens when an uncropped A4 page is printed directly on a 4x6 sticker. Crop the file first using CropMyLabels, then ensure your print dialog scale is set to 'Fit'.

Every second sticker comes out blank

The printer's gap sensor has lost calibration. Turn off the printer, hold the front FEED button while switching it on until the red light blinks, then release to run auto-gap calibration.

SKU text is missing under the label

The cropper reads text directly from the PDF's Product Details table. If your label was scanned or saved as a flat image, text cannot be parsed. Download the original vector PDF from your supplier panel.
