How to split label and invoice in seconds

  1. In Flipkart Seller Hub, go to Orders → Active Orders → Pending Labels.
  2. Select your orders, enter dimensions, and click Generate Label. Download the batch PDF.
  3. Open the Flipkart Label Cropper on CropMyLabels.
  4. Drop the file. If you require tax invoices inside your parcels, check Keep invoice. Each order will output as two sequential 4x6 pages: Page 1 for the courier sticker, and Page 2 for the internal invoice.
  5. Click Crop labels and print directly on 100 x 150 mm stickers.

Ekart pickup compliance guidelines

  • Print on the day of dispatch: Ekart tracking numbers can expire if held over multiple days.
  • Avoid tape over thermal paper: Standard cello tape contains chemical adhesives that react with thermal coating, causing barcodes to fade within hours.
  • Download separate manifests: In Flipkart Seller Hub, go to Pending Handover and print dedicated logistics manifests for each partner executive to sign.
