A picklist is a consolidated document that totals every product, variant, and quantity needed across all orders scheduled for dispatch today. Instead of picking items order-by-order (walking back and forth to stock racks 50 times), a picklist allows your team to retrieve all required inventory in a single efficient circuit.
How to generate an automated picklist from label PDFs
- Download your daily batch PDFs from Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, and other seller panels.
- Drop all PDFs into the CropMyLabels Cropper together. Multi-marketplace batching is fully supported.
- Click Crop labels. The tool automatically reads the Product Details tables across every label and summarizes unique SKUs and quantities.
- Click Picklist PDF to download an organized A4 summary sheet, or toggle Picklist page first to print it as the leading 4x6 sticker on your thermal roll.
Warehouse Organization: Use SKU Mapping to link long marketplace SKUs to your own short codes and physical rack numbers (e.g. Rack-B2). The picklist will group items by storage bin.
Assembly-line packaging routine
Under More options → Sort labels by, select SKU. Your thermal labels will print in the exact same sequence as the picklist. You can pack identical products consecutively without searching through mixed stacks.
